1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service offered by 6tk10, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms apply to all users regardless of location, though our services are specifically tailored for players in Bangladesh.

6tk10 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Verification

6tk10 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of your account's lifecycle. This includes proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Refusing to comply with verification requests may lead to account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6tk10 supports a range of payment methods designed for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary.

Accounts involved in suspected fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated through fraudulent means will be voided.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6tk10 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions outlined at the time of the promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on the promotion page or in the bonus offer communication.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through system abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account activity will have their bonuses revoked and their accounts reviewed.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud on the platform, including unauthorized chargebacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 6tk10 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media associated with the platform.

6tk10 takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited conduct. Violations may result in the permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement agencies where applicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

6tk10 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. For significant amendments, we may also notify active account holders by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of 6tk10 following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
